Under his leadership, the company has grown into a vertically integrated platform operating a portfolio of globally recognized hotel brands—including Hilton, IHG, Marriott, Wyndham, and Choice—across the Southeast and beyond. Today, as a recognized industry expert in the Gulf Coast Region, Mrs. Patel leverages that extensive background to mentor her team of associates, refine revenue and sales strategies, and drive consistent results across the portfolio. As a Miami resident for the past five decades, he brings a wealth of experience and a distinguished track record in developing, acquiring, and selling commercial, residential, and hospitality assets across diverse markets.
